No, you do not. The account symbol at the top right of the home page on a laptop, or at the bottom of the menu of a mobile, just allows you to open a tracking account. This enables you to purchase far quicker if you are a regular customer, and to track your previous purchases.

Yes, but this is a professional medical store and you will not have a Trade Discount Code if you do not contact us. If you register online with the store you will automatically get your Code and can also organise shipping arrangements, call-offs, secure stock retention, training, support etc..
Accounts can be activated within 48 hours. If you are a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, doctor etc., whereby the delivery address is synonymous with the care industry, you will automatically be issued with a Trade Discount Code, and notified with your enquiry/purchase.
Our basic trade account is 50% payment with order and 50% on dispatch. You may request a 30 day account if an established business/NHS.
No, you could be a care home, a charity, a volunteer overseas agency, a wellness clinic, a health check service, a football club, a corporate health care provider or a health centre.
After you contact us and verify your trade status, you will be issued a trade account number. This number is registered on the store site, so when you pick items in store and get to checkout, you can enter your Code number and your discount is applied automatically.
You may also email a list of requirements or send an official order, and we will reply with a quote including your discount.
We are UK authorised distributor for 12 overseas manufacturers (soon growing to 18), and are required to hold full stock in the UK. The average stock holding on all items is 3 months of sales, with deliveries arriving every month, and test kit levels up to 60,000 tests.
Once we receive an official order or confirmed payment, we can dispatch the same day via Royal Mail 48 hour or 24 hour. For urgent deliveries we can send via special delivery.
Shop prices are set at average manufacturer recommended sale price and not NHS or Trade Medical Supply prices, and all trade customers are allocated a trade Code with their discount % rates.
