Shipping Service and Payment

SHIPPING

All deliveries are by Evri tracking and Evri International shipping. If certain areas are not fully covered then we may use Royal Mail Parcels or UPS shipping service 

Delivery is normally 2 to 4 days. 

In emergencies it is possible to collect from our office in Stratford on Avon as we carry most of our items in stock at all times.

Overseas deliveries are 5 to 8 days, although at times there may be delays at customs clearance in certain countries.

PAYMENT

Clinical Care Biotech is primarily a professional partnership supplier for health professionals, organisations and care providers. 

Our pricing structure is per item, with discount per additional item.

You can buy single items, although our minimum carriage paid order is £20.

Carriage for orders under £20 is a flat fee of £3

All items in our store have a VOLUME OFFER PRICE, which is equivalent to a price reduction

Based on quantity of a product purchased (1, 2, 5, 10, 20/25)  to obtain the discounted price, you can also get the extra 15% as shown below.

Anything over £200 attracts a 15% discount. This is applied at checkout, top left corner on mobile or opposite in checkout column as coupon discount..

All overseas orders are the same discount and carriage costs as the UK, except the export tax of 20% is added at checkout.

Payment is in full prior to delivery. Credit terms are only available for credit brokerage clients.

BULK RATES

Any partner client who is buying over £500 or regular ordering, will be placed onto a set price discount structure, so please contact us direct for details of trading partnership pricing structure

Orders over £10,000 per year and up to £50,000 are on negotiation terms.

Orders over £50,000 per annum are contract manufactured terms.
